ABOUT DR CHERUVU
Dr Sarat Cheruvu is an Australian-trained Cardiologist with special interests in advanced cardiac imaging, hereditary cardiomyopathies, peri-operative cardiac risk and the assessment of acute chest pain syndromes.
Dr Cheruvu graduated from the University of NSW with both academic and research honours, completing his thesis in the physiology of the renin-angiotensin system.
After completing general cardiology training, he completed a post graduate fellowship at the prestigious Advanced Cardiac Imaging Centre in St Vincent’s Hospital focusing on cardiac CT, cardiac MRI and transesophageal echocardiography.
